2. How easy is it to use the practice’s website to look for information or access services?
3. Were you satisfied with the appointment (or appointments) you were offered?

6. Are you aware of online consultations and how it works?
7. Our GPs instruct our reception teams to ask our patients a few brief questions to help direct appointments to the right clinician as you may not always need to see a GP. Therefore, do you feel that an appointment with an appropriate clinician would be suitable for you?
8. Sometimes you may not need to see or speak to a clinician. If appropriate, how would you feel about having your issue/request resolved without an appointment? (You will always get a response from the Practice by text, email, or a phone call).
