HOW DO I...
OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can request a repeat prescription in the following ways:
- By bringing in your counterfoil, ticking the medicines you require and dropping the counterfoil in the white box by the front door.
- By e-mail - reception@gp-E82098.nhs.uk stating your full name, address, date of birth and the medication your require.
- By fax - 01707 655583 - stating your full name, address, date of birth and the medication your require.
- By post - posting your request and enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.
Your prescription will be ready for you to collect within 48 (working) hours of receipt. All local pharmacists operate a delivery service on request.
