NOTICE BOARD
The results are now available of our patient questionnaire. The results were very encouraging indicating that most patients are extremly happy with the service they receive from the surgery. Please come into the surgery and pick up a summary of the results. One major change we have made in the past 6 months is that we are now open SATURDAY MORNINGS 8.30 - 12 noon. Patients can make an appointment in advance to see a GP that morning. The switchboard is not open but patients can access the surgery to collect prescriptions or make any enquiry. The service we operate on a Saturday morning is not designed for any urgent problems that day and if a doctor is required during this time or at any time during the weekend or evenings they must call HERTS URGENT CARE ON 03000 333333 CAR PARK - We request that patients do not use our car park as we have very limited spaces. Car parking space is available locally by the shops.
