Antenatal Clinic
Held once a week, on Tuesday afternoon.
If you become pregnant, you will be given a 'booking appointment' at which the midwife will ask you a few questions and carry out some general health checks.
You will be seen regularly throughout your pregnancy either at the practice or at the hospital, or both.
Asthma Clinic
Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning run by Sister Orr.
Asthma sufferers can book an appointment for advice and support from our asthma nurse.
Blood Tests
Run twice weekly by visiting phlebotomists.
Child Health And Immunisation Clinic
The immunisation clinic is currently run at the surgery on Thursday afternoons,
1.00 - 3.00pm. An appointment is required.
Postnatal checks and 8-week baby checks are also undertaken at the surgery by Dr Ramsell.
Counselling
Run weekly by qualified counsellors.
Diabetes Clinic
Tuesday and Thursday mornings, run by Sister Orr and Dr Selouk.
This clinic offers advice and general health checks for patients with diabetes.
Family Planning Services
All clinicians provide family planning advice during normal surgery times. Dr Derrick provides a coil fitting service. For further information ask at reception.
Minor Surgery
Friday 12.30pm run by Dr Selouk and Dr Setty at Potters Bar Hospital or the surgery.
Please discuss this with your doctor who can then organise an appointment for you.
Stopping Smoking
If you want to give up smoking our nurses can help you. Both offer advice and support during normal surgery times.
Travel Clinic
Our nurse provides travel vaccinations and advice on a weekly basis. A list of vaccinations available, plus any charges which may be due, is available.
